Many of you may already know that there was some damage caused to the parking area and landscape around the pool in Foxbank. Thanks to a few owners whom witnessed the damage and contacted the Police Department. The Moncks Corner Police Department was able to use the information provided and locate the Suspect. The suspect was apprehended and charged for this damage. It is imperative that all owners report any mischievous or illegal behavior to the proper authorities. Since the M.C.P.D. was given detailed information, they were able to make a case; therefore, your Association can attempt to recoup damages in court. It is frustrating to many owners that unnecessary repairs can affect your operating budget. This suspect was a guest of a Foxbank owner and can be help responsible for their guests actions.
