This is a friendly reminder that owners and guests must follow the posted pool rules.  Many of these rules are not being followed.  Glass should not be brought into the pool area at anytime.  The use of alcohol is also against the rules while visiting the amenity.  Signs will be posted in the very near future informing owners that smoking is prohibited in the pool area.

 

Please keep in mind that this amenity will be a part of your community for many years to come.  Therefore, it is imperative that owners take the initiative to assist in keeping the area beautiful.  All maintenance and clean up is a direct expense of your Association funds.  Please be courteous to your neighbors and clean up after yourself.
