The pavilion is free for you and your family to utilize with the understanding that it is open to the other members unless scheduled through our office as a private event. To reserve the pavilion for a private event there will be a $25 rental fee and a $50 deposit. In the past couple of weeks, the number of requests received for use of the pavilion has increased. Owners were informed that the pavilion was a first come first serve basis. Owners were informed at the time of inquiry that reservations were not necessary. A few of the inquiries were planning to use the facility on the same day. The concern for “private party reservations” was presented to the Board and a policy was established. This policy was truly established to accommodate owners when scheduling a private event to ensure that the pavilion would be available when needed. Please keep in mind that there will be expenses that will go along with this amenity such as: vandalism, ceiling fans, lighting, electrical, pressure washing, damage to the grills, tables or damage caused by misuse of the grills. All of which will be maintenance that will be funded by your operating expenses. An increase in operating expenses will determine the annual assessment.
